A former Vice Chancellor, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Prof. Wale Are Olaitan, will Wednesday, deliver the maiden convocation lecture of Hallmark University, Ijebu-Itele, Ogun State, titled, “Imagining a New Template of Development for Nigeria.”
Olaitan, a professor of Political Science and Chair, Editorial Board, Tribune Newspapers, will through the lecture highlights strategies the government can use take the country out of the doldrums.
According to the Registrar of the university, Mr. Afolabi Ajayi, other programmes marking the occasion include exhibitions, musical concerts, symposium and cultural display.
Hallmark University, Ijebu-Itele, was established in 2015 by the Vivian Fowler Trust Foundation and approved by the Federal Government.
