The Bursary department is charged with the functional responsibility of maintaining, recording, managing and controlling the financial resources of University through efficient accounting principle and standard towards effective running of the University.
The Bursary is the Financial Management ‘HUB’ of Hallmark University. The department is head by a professional qualified Bursar and he report to the Vice-Chancellor on the day to day financial activities of the school.
