COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATE

This is to notify ALL Graduates (2018/2019, 2019/2020 and 2020/2021) of Hallmark University that the University Certificate is available for collection. Collection will commence from Monday, 16th  January, 2023, at the Exams and Record Office/Unit, in the Administrative Block.

Listed below are the steps and necessary documents that will be needed for the process.

 

1. Student University Identity Card (Original/Photocopy)

2. Final Clearance Form (Original/Photocopy)

3. Copy of Notification of Result (Original/Photocopy)

4. Evidence of Payment for Final Clearance I.e. Sixty Thousand Naira

(#60,000.00) Receipt
